Big order finished

The big order has gone...and as always there are things I wasn't happy about/learnt from. Like don't leave the (uncut) brownies out on the bench for a day or two. It seemed they dried out a bit. I should have at least wrapped them in foil. They were safe and clean, but a bit dry. And something went wrong with the chocolate on the top of the second batch of Caramel Slice. Not sure what?? Was spotty and blotchy, like it dried funny. So I drizzled another 100grams of milk chocolate over it and it looked fine. Just different to the first batch. Shouldn't have affected taste.

Aussie Jen picked it all up and bought Katia with her, which Lily liked. They left us and went straight to the party.

Another totally blue sky and freezing cold day. I went for a walk this morning and it was pretty but bitterly cold. Now MK is outside with the girls (around the fountain) and it's started to get dark so it will be getting chillier. Roast pork and vegies (pumpkin, sweet potato and red onion, plus steamed zucchini) for dinner, courtesy of our trip to Carrefour yesterday.
