Pancake Sunday

Had Christine C, Alessandro and Lucinda (Stefan with his Daddy) over for pancakes this morning. Very nice...served buttermilk pancakes and oatmeal pancakes with maple syrup, butter, homemade plum jam, natural yoghurt, pecans and honey. Plus watermelon afterwards. The kids were really hungry by the time I'd cooked them, and Lucinda, Christine and I got to sit out on the balcony while MK sat with the kids (even after they'd finished and left!).

One of my favourite ways to entertain. Food I love plus it's easy to knock up. Win, win.
