Not good at keeping up, but love to read

This blog is no longer a part of my daily life like it was in Switzerland. But today I've sat down to read it as there was an entry from last year I wanted to find.

Tonight I've been asked to give a 5min talk as a new Consultant at the Chefs Toolbox Birthday Fun event. Happy to do it, but hate the work involved to write a speech. So I've left it to the last minute, as per usual.

But I thought it'd be interesting to re-read the entry I wrote last year (September it turned out to be) about the work life I wanted to create for myself 0nce I was back in Australia. So I've picked pieces out of it and I'm going to incorporate that into my speech.
