Brunch menu and details finalised

Nancy rang today and we have finalised the menu. She didn't want it too carb-heavy so she is sticking to one lot of pancakes and bacon and eggs...

Pancakes
Classic Buttermilk Pancakes (makes about 24 pancakes)

including Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes
Toppings (self serve)
Plain yoghurt
Maple syrup
Pecans
Whipped honey butter
Strawberries, 500g, sliced

Eggs, scrambled
Bacon, pan fried

We also agreed on a price which we are both happy with. And I could change the time, as she requested, for 10am-12.30pm. I have done most of my shopping so not too much to do tomorrow when Michael is at work (6am-6pm).
