Exercising
I have started exercising again. It was probably two months ago that I stopped walking. It was just too damn cold. So, I went for my first 50 min walk on Wednesday and have walked every day since then. It is still bitterly cold but at least there is no wind. Today I slipped on black ice and fell on all fours. My hands are OK, but my left knee is skinned. I'm glad no one else was around to see it. That's the benefit of walking in the middle of winter.
