Through the wringer - and out again - with Lily

Lily has just come through a bad patch. She seemed to spend all her time screaming, whining and crying. It was pretty unpleasant, for everybody. Drove me crazy. I said to MK that when I looked at Lily I just saw whining and screaming.

Well, just in the last several days she seems to have 'snapped' out of it. Thank bloody god. And she has been extra sweet and lovely. Playing with Charlotte, being helpful, using her manners. She has her lapses, but not as severe as before. She's gone back to being...reasonable and easier to deal with.

So when she asks, in bed at night, 'what was your best today?' I tell her it was how much I enjoyed her and Charlotte playing together, or how helpful she was, or how much I enjoyed her company.

Makes a pleasant change.

Charlotte Sleep-o-Meter update: Last night she slept all the way through! And woke at a decent time (not sure how 'decent' as MK got up for that one).
