The gig is up in November

MK forwarded an email overnight that was sent to all on his shift late yesterday afternoon by one of the bosses. This is a section below:

As you all know, currently your contracts are valid until end of October, but as per the shift planning I think I will have to extend them until end of November (once again it may depend on how it works in Melbourne since they should take over all of our shifts as of begining of November and may not require that much coaching that I forsee). So for most of you, I think I will work with your companies to have your contracts stop at the end of November.

This is still yet to be confirmed, but, even though I'm not looking forward to seeing you leave my team and the company after all these months/years of great teamwork and cooperation, I can't justify so many resources. So I have to keep you informed (as well as your companies) as quickly as possible so that you can prepare your future after xxxx :-(

With these information, I feel like I'm starting the saddest period in my short but intense professional carreer.

So looks like, at the latest, we'll be out of here by the end of November/beginning of December. That's if nothing happens for MK before then...

Weird, it's less than 4 months time. Well, at least Charlotte will spend her 3rd birthday in her country of birth.
