Big order

A friend of Aussie Jen's has put in a big order for her birthday bbq this Saturday. She wants a Mud Cake with Satin Chocolate Glaze, Hummingbird Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, 5 dozen Apricot and Coconut Balls (one complete batch) and a dozen Fudge Brownie Cookies. I will make a start on the balls and cookies tonight, and do the cakes tomorrow and Saturday morning.

And just before I walked out the door this morning to take the girls to school and garderie I got a call from a woman who got onto me via TWIG (Tetrapak International Women's Group - I did a baking demonstration for six of their members back in April). She wanted a cake for her daughter's 10th birthday party...tomorrow. She decided on cupcakes (2 doz) and I'll phone her back later to find out what colour frosting she wants, decorations, writing, all that stuff.
