Two days and counting...

Public holiday here today...what bad timing. No school, no garderie, all the shops closed. But Michael still had to work. He's doing 6am-2pm today and tomorrow, then off till I get back.

So I didn't get too much done, but whaddyado?

Tonight I have done David's cookies for tomorrow (normally I bake them on Tuesday morning before I take them in to him) and that's it really. I was hoping to clean the bathroom and start some packing but it just hasn't happened. Michael has brought my suitcases up from the cave but all the clothes are still in my cupboard both me and them unaware of who will stay and who will go.

I feel really unfocussed but that has to change. Tomorrow or I'm done for. This is my to-do list for tomorrow -
*after dropping girls off at school and garderie catch bus into town and drop David's cookies off, change some money into $USD and do some last minute shopping (can't give any more details!)
*at some stage make muffins, macaroni cheese and soup (maybe)
*clean bathrooms
*pack
*???what else???

Jen rang this afternoon...we are both sooooo excited! She sent me the itinerary and it blew me away. There are so many treats in there it's amazing and unreal. So much shopping and eating it's obscene! She has gone to so much effort to make my trip incredible. How can I be so lucky? I just can't wait to step off that plane and see her!
