Catch the good weather while you can

Yesterday was sunny and nice and I'm glad we took advantage of it as it started raining again last night. It still looked a bit iffy this morning but we've been able to be outside all day with no problems.

I had a wax appt at 10am then we all went into town on the bus. Walked up to the Cathedral for a look, then down to the creperie restaurant where we've taken Mum before. We were even able to sit outside. Wandered down the hill, checked out the new Lush store (replaced the Cordon Bleu cooking store) then MK had to go to work.

Wandered back to St Francois, got the girls an icecream then ran into Christine C and Claire B having lunch (Christine spotted us and rang me).

I bought the girls home and put on The Wizard of Oz while Mum and Dad stayed in town and shopped. Dad came home with M&M's for the girls...might become his 'thing'. Girls will be happy!

The woman who did the waxing this morning said tomorrow's weather is nice, then the rest of the week is rain. Great.

I'm in the process of booking accomodation for Piedmont next week. Hope the weather is better there.
