Thumbprint Cookies

After Charlotte and I picked Lily up from school this afternoon we made Thumbprint Cookies (a recipe from Jan the Nutritionist) as Lily was in the mood to bake. Even though I gave Lily her own kids baking cookbook for xmas, I'm not keen to use it all that often as the recipes are full of sugar (no shit, Sherlock). So this recipe was much better. It's the first time I've made it with the kids and it turned out really well. Even Charlotte got in there and helped put teaspoons of jam into the thumbprint.

Not bad for a control freak, neat freak baker like me.
